ABOUT

The student population at Elementary #2  is ever changing.  Our school culture changes as a result of these changes.  Our district motto is "Diversity is Our Strength."  In order to live up to that motto, we need to ensure that we are creating a school culture that is inclusive so that all students and staff can feel a sense of belonging.  Research has shown a correlation between student academic success and a sense of belonging.  Below are some links to articles and resources that will help us to better understand that correlation and work towards a culture of respect and inclusivity.
